Invoice season is approaching. Last year MLIA made a switch to electronic invoicing. All future invoices will continue to be sent by email. MLIA made this billing change to reduce costs and streamline invoicing and payment. Invoices will be issued on or around 1 October and will be due 31 October.
If you would like to pay electronically MLIA has set up Zelle and can receive payments from your bank. Pay Mount Laguna Improvement Association at [email protected]
PLEASE NOTE THE EMAIL ADDRESS FOR ZELLE HAS CHANGED. YOU MAY NEED TO UPDATE YOUR ZELLE INFORMATION.
Zelle payments are bank to bank, avoid the vagaries of USPS mail delivery and reduce administrative effort. Thank you for considering Zelle as a payment method.
Meter readings for water usage will begin in August. Our water system manager, Dan Fritz, and other volunteers will be visiting each cabin and getting a current reading. So be on the lookout for one of our MLIA representatives with clipboards.
